A program appearing here is not a claim that MODU holds a particular licence, clearance, certification, customer deployment, production contract, or regulated authorization. Those are represented only when independently established.
Common substrate
The point is reuse, not eight disconnected companies.
The same underlying capabilities can serve very different programs: deterministic orchestration, P-Core planning and state, policy-backed execution, local/edge inference, device workers, durable receipts, provenance, simulation, resource scheduling, and recovery from human or external gates.
A drone program may exercise autonomy, RF, edge compute, simulation and manufacturing. A government AI program may exercise sovereign deployment, identity, auditability and workflow control. An industrial project may use the same evidence and orchestration substrate for inspection and production automation.
Operating discipline
Different programs have different gates.
Evidence first
Architecture, code, tests and prototypes are separated from deployed-product, customer, certification and clearance claims.
Regulation is explicit
Controlled goods, export, security, spectrum, privacy and procurement requirements are treated as program gates rather than assumed permissions.
Partners where needed
MODU can contribute software, integration, testing or automation without claiming to own a mature airframe, cloud, CMMS, weapons system or other partner product.
One canonical state
